Es Moli D´en Bou

 

"Es Molí d'en Bou" opened its doors in 2000 under the Mangement of its owner, Tomeu Caldentey, who has been head chef since then. In all these years the same guiding principle has been maintained: to offer and deliver culinary art based on traditional Majorcan dishes submitted to a very personal vision. In 2004, Tomeu Caldentey was awarded a Michelín star.

 

Es Moli d' en Bou has also two new spaces:

Sa Taronja Negra & Taittclub.

 

Thursday, 19th of January, Taronja Negre will open its doors.

Noon from Tuesday to Sunday and Friday and Saturday night.

 

Es Molí d'en Bou will return to normal activity on 10th of February.
