Dearest friends and customers.

After eighteen years and fifteen consecutive editions with Michelin Star,Bou restaurant (formally known as  Moli d’en Bou) is reaching the end of it’s cycle. I have decided to end this stage in my profesional and personal life. They have been intense,fulfilling and lovely years,during which I have invested all my energy in presenting Mallorcan cuisine at it’s highest level.

My energy will not disappear but will transform and evolve and will concentrate on reaching a wider spectrum of the public,will be closer more accessible with my personal attention,one on one,face to face,with the objective to be happy and make you happy.

We will continue in Sa Coma,in my home,with a more simple format but with the same excellent cooking as always,honest,sincere and presenting myself as I really am  …… Tomeu Caldentey “cuiner”
